BABL AI is proud to welcome Emily Brown as our new Senior Marketing Advisor. As a systems ethicist, Emily brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to BABL AI’s mission of ensuring that algorithms are developed, deployed, and governed in ways that prioritize human flourishing.
With a background spanning military service, public affairs, education, DEI training, and startup operations, Emily has spent her career working at the intersection of accessibility, algorithmic accountability, and human rights. Through her work, she’s helped organizations uncover systemic red flags before they become real-world harm—translating ethical principles into actionable strategies that shape product design, communication, and governance.
In her new role at BABL AI, Emily will help elevate the company’s strategic positioning in a rapidly evolving landscape of AI regulation and risk. Emily is an active member of the Independent Association of Algorithmic Auditors and is currently pursuing certifications with both BABL AI and ForHumanity. Her work continues to challenge the idea that ethics is an afterthought—instead, advocating for its presence at every stage of system development, from the first line of code to the last line of copy.
