Scoped projects
For the bigger, defined questions.
When the work is larger or more defined, we take it on as a project. Common ones include a governance gap analysis, turning high-level AI principles into practices your teams can actually follow, or out-sourced AI testing, evaluation, and red teaming. We also take on questions no one has answered yet, where the standard does not exist and someone has to work it out carefully.
Who reaches out for advisory services?
The people we help are varied: legal counsel, compliance leads, founders, and the responsible-AI or product people closest to the system. What they share is a decision or a question they do not want to get wrong. Often it surfaces in the middle of another conversation, an audit that turns up a governance issue, or a general sense of “we know we need to do something about AI, we are just not sure what.” If that is where you are, a short conversation is the fastest way to find out whether advisory is the right fit.
Independence is what makes our audit opinions worth anything, so we protect it. We are glad to answer questions and explain how a problem is usually approached. What we do not do is make decisions for you or hand you a prescriptive “do it this way” plan on a system you might want to get audited, because an auditor then cannot independently assess. Advice and assurance are never handled by the same people, and when a client works with us on both, we manage the relationship so the advice never compromises the audit.
