BABL AI has announced the launch of its new AI Test, Evaluation & Red Teaming Specialist Bootcamp, a five-week technical program designed to help practitioners build real-world expertise in testing and evaluating AI systems. The inaugural bootcamp is led by Dr. Shea Brown, Founder and CEO of BABL AI, and architect of BABL’s technical AI assurance methodologies. Dr. Brown, along with additional BABL AI staff, will be directly involved in the live workshops throughout the program. The bootcamp cohort begins March 23, 2026 and is limited to just 30 participants, to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience.

As organizations move AI systems from experimentation into deployment, many face a growing gap between high-level governance requirements and the practical skills needed to conduct technical testing and evaluation. The bootcamp is designed to bridge that gap by introducing participants to BABL AI’s internal, risk-driven methodologies for moving from AI use case definition to defensible testing outcomes and assurance-relevant conclusions.

 Designed for Experienced Practitioners

The bootcamp is intended for professionals with foundational knowledge of AI auditing or assurance, including:

  •  AI auditors and assurance professionals
  •  Machine learning engineers and data scientists
  •  AI risk and governance practitioners
  •  Security professionals interested in AI red teaming
  •  Advanced researchers working with high-risk AI systems

Participants are expected to have prior exposure to AI assurance concepts, Python, and statistical reasoning.

 A Hands-On Technical Framework

The curriculum follows a structured progression that mirrors BABL AI’s internal assurance workflow, including:

  •  Socio-technical system understanding using the CIDA framework
  •  Structured risk assessment and validity framing
  •  Statistical reasoning for AI testing and evaluation
  •  Case studies covering generative and agentic AI systems
  •  Independent adversarial red teaming methods
  •  Monitoring, re-validation, and assurance conclusions

Throughout the program, participants will work through applied case studies and develop reusable technical artifacts designed to reflect real assurance engagements.

 Early Access to Certification Development

The March 2026 cohort serves as an early adopter group contributing to the development of BABL AI’s full certification program, expected later in 2026. Participants will receive:

  •  A bootcamp completion certificate
  •  Priority access to the final certification exam
  •  Continued access to materials and updates
  •  Hands-on technical workflows and case studies

The bootcamp is priced at $3,000 USD and includes access to all course materials and recordings for one year.

Building Technical Capacity for Responsible AI

BABL AI has built its reputation on independent AI assurance and standards-aligned testing designed to support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk management in high-stakes AI deployments. This new training program extends that expertise to practitioners seeking deeper technical capabilities in AI testing and evaluation.

Prospective students interested in joining this exclusive bootcamp, can take the entrance exam linked below to see if they are a qualified to apply HERE.
