BABL AI is committed to supporting AI Ready RVA’s mission to cultivate AI literacy through awareness, education, and community engagement.

This event, taking place at the Dewey Gottwald Center at the Science Museum of Virginia, will bring together business leaders, educators, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss how AI is transforming government, business, and workforce development. BABL AI is excited to collaborate with local stakeholders in advancing responsible AI practices and ensuring that Richmond is prepared to lead in ethical AI governance.

BABL AI’s participation in AI Ready RVA aligns with its broader mission of equipping organizations with the tools and expertise to develop, deploy, and audit AI systems in a responsible and transparent manner. Through its AI Auditor Certification Program and industry-leading research, BABL AI is at the forefront of ensuring that AI governance frameworks are accessible and actionable for businesses, educators, and policymakers alike.

The AI Ready RVA Launch Party will feature an expert panel moderated by Cheryl Miller, anchor at WTVR CBS6 and host of “Battle of the Brains.” Panelists include Richmond Mayor Dr. Danny Avula, Nisha Paliwal of Capital One, Garret Westlake of Virginia Commonwealth University, and Emily Bohm of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Discussions will center on how AI is impacting industries and communities across Richmond and beyond.
