With over 25 years of experience as an attorney and consultant, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) to BABL AI, further strengthening the company’s commitment to advancing responsible and ethical AI.
Michael has held senior executive positions, designing and managing legal, compliance, trade, and risk management systems for multiple global conglomerates. His career includes working with some of Asia’s most prominent companies, as well as clients in the United States and Europe, across industries such as venture capital, public offerings, mergers, and energy transactions.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, an MBA from Yale School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Syracuse University. He is also certified as a GRC Professional and Auditor by the Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG).
In addition to his impressive legal career, Michael is the CEO of GRC Solutions Korea, an authorized training partner for OCEG, where he has provided cutting-edge GRC training and consulting services. His work integrates AI-enabled systems to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
Michael’s expertise will play a pivotal role in BABL AI’s development of robust AI governance frameworks and its ongoing efforts to ensure that AI systems are trustworthy, ethical, and aligned with human flourishing.
